SINGLE-CHANNEL VIDEO | VARIOUS DIMENSIONS

Turning from still to a moving image, the work denotes spatial tension as well as the link between the figure and the field. Multiple sections of an image, while displaced, are constantly rotating, thus drifting between a recognizable image in the depth of space and its pictorial representation. Through this work, Rana reverts to some of his earlier formal concern but adding another, virtual dimension to his visual vocabulary.
